Summary: Ideally located hotel in Carmel with parking outside the door. Room was perfectly fine, bathroom was very good. The host assisted us with change of linen without problem. We left before opening of breakfast due to a long drive.

Summary: The front end manager was super nice and very helpful. The room was ok, definitely nothing fancy. It was clean and well kept. The walls are paper thin and I woke up to a lady shouting German to her iPhone during a parking lot speaker phone call home. The bed and pillows are absolutely terrible. The most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on. Overall, it was ok for the price.

Summary: No a/c and confusion over where the booking was made...here or directly with property. Had to leave early due to illness of one of our party and cant figure out who needs to give us the refund.

Summary: This hotel does not seems nothing like a Best western. It is old, they do not clean the rooms, the complimentary breakfast is not good,only scrambled eggs, waffles, you have to ask for things the employees hide the jelly, peanut butter, yoghurt is frozen and not ready, not enough variety of bread. I do not recomend this hotel, it is expensibe and not worth it. :(
